Wildshore Estates is a 1,200-acre coastal township at Vijaydurg in Sindhudurg district, Maharashtra. It sits on the Konkan coast just north of Goa, about 3 hours by road from Goa's airport. The coast shares Goa's sea, climate and culture, without its crowds.
This is a satellite city in the making, built at the pace of a slow one. The Mumbai–Goa highway runs up to the entrance, bringing explorers, cyclists and people who drive for the pleasure of it. Around it lie red laterite earth, mango and cashew groves, cliffs, open beach and the Maratha sea fort of Vijaydurg.

Wildshore is planned as ten zones of 60 acres each, set within 600 acres of beach, setbacks, roads, parks and preserves. Land is released zone by zone, so the township is never carved up all at once.

Phase I releases 60 acres as a mix of premium one-acre sea-facing estates and half-acre plotted estates. Twelve founding parcels are offered first.
